These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop at www.house-of-scandinavia.ch. Our shop is intended exclusively for customers who are at least 18 years old. The contract languages are German and English. We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, and, upon request, also to countries within the EU.
REGISTER OR NOT
You have the option to register for free in our online shop and create a customer account. This account allows you to place future orders quickly and easily, without needing to re-enter your information each time. Registration is completely optional — you can also place orders without creating an account.
ORDER COMFORTABLY AND SAFELY
You can shop with confidence in our webshop. Every order is carefully packed by us and shipped to the delivery address of your choice. All products are in stock at our store in Switzerland and are dispatched directly from there to you.
DELIVERY COST
For orders over CHF 99 all shipping costs are covered by us. For orders below CHF 99, the postal fee is CHF 10.50 for normal shipping via B-Post. The parcels are delivered by the Swiss Post. The estimated delivery time is between 2-4 working days from receipt of order. The dispatch of the goods takes place to the delivery address specified by you.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR MONEY BACK
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel the contract and return the goods for a full refund. Please ensure that the returned items are in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. Include the delivery note with your return.
