Wool from the merino sheep has superior shine, incredible softness and great breathability, along with an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio. It’s also very strong, naturally elastic, flame retardant, antistatic and soft against the skin. Merino wool fibers are much finer than standard sheep’s wool.
